Unlike most restaurant equipment companies who simply have years of experience
in selling and serving equipment, we at Coast Central were restaurateurs long
before we started selling it!
We understand the process and long hours and tight budgets of running a
successful restaurant. The principles of our company started as wait staff
during their college days back at The University of Tennessee, then progressed
as managers and general managers for a large national restaurant chain.
The pinnacle of there career, was owning an operating their highly successful
restaurant for over 15 years with annual sales of $3 million dollars. With this
experience in mind, we can be very helpful to both the new restaurant
entrepreneur and the veteran!
